At ENZO Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your denim doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
